Good colleagues

The female manager surnamed Chien in the Business Department, whose English name is Lor, speaks in an extremely inappropriate manner. She asked a female employee, “Oh, are you very close to this contractor? Oh, is he really that supportive of you? Oh, does he do whatever you tell him to do?”

It made people feel extremely uncomfortable.

First, the female colleague, the contractor, and even this female manager surnamed Chien all have families and children. Saying such things is not only discourteous but also extremely inappropriate.

Second, does this female manager believe that this female employee has an unusual relationship with the contractor? Why would she make such inappropriate and defamatory workplace-bullying remarks about an employee?

Third, it is reasonable to wonder whether this female manager also makes similar defamatory remarks about this female employee in situations where the employee is not present.
