The colleagues are pretty nice.
The company has a whole bunch of rules, but none of them have any definite standards. Everything depends on the boss’s mood. They are extremely suspicious of and distrustful toward employees, and when managers encounter problems, they push the blame onto their subordinates. They also harass employees incessantly while they are on leave. There are all kinds of pay deductions and scapegoating. As long as the boss or managers take a dislike to an employee, they target them in every way and pressure them into resigning. The boss and managers also make sexist and uncomfortable jokes. The way operations are managed is terrible as well, yet they still dare to coach franchisees. It feels like a place where it is not worth wasting time gaining real-world experience.
