The interview is simple, and you get to hear some flattering lines.
They continue recruiting for overseas assignments even though the assignment has not been approved by 104.
During the interview, they say it is for Ligo International Trade, but after you go abroad and arrive locally, it becomes a local subsidiary (there will be no labor or health insurance), along with various changes to the offer, each one worse than the last.
They emphasize a responsibility-based work system, yet the HR personnel do not even know what that means. Overtime pay? (How hilarious.)
To deal with local inspections, they require you to sign a fake offer (in the local language; after signing it, you do not even know when it might be passed off as genuine).
Former employees who were forced out pointed out that senior HR personnel would require them to sign a “voluntary resignation” while restricting their access to the factory area. They would then demand that they leave on the grounds that they were “no longer employees of this factory.” When mediation began after returning home, they showed no sincerity whatsoever, immediately hiring a lawyer and saying, “I don’t know this person,” “He is from an overseas subsidiary,” and “I don’t know what this has to do with us.” The HR person in charge might even arrive late or fail to appear.
Anyone with the courage should definitely give it a try—it is absolutely a great place to train yourself!
