The manager does nothing but complain all day long. They say the same things every day, yet think they are very impressive. Every day, they either show off or complain.
They are self-important, complain about the R&D team and subordinates, and have complained about everyone in the department at least once.
They are also very good at currying favor, especially with the boss and vice president. They show severe favoritism toward men and look down on women. When a woman is more capable than the manager, the manager becomes jealous.
Even after someone leaves the company, they continue to smear former colleagues internally.
There is no possibility of ever getting promoted or receiving a raise.
