Although the company isn't a very large enterprise, at least most people recognize it when you mention its name. So if you want to pad your résumé, you won't have to worry about being furious every day. Welcome aboard.
Basically, I work in the continuing education division, not at the main office (the headquarters of the job bank), so I won't comment on the other departments. At least I've seen some very good supervisors and operations teams. This is simply a sharing of the working conditions in the continuing education division.
The supervisor is the biggest cause of the entire team being dragged down: a certain manager (the continuing education division has only one top boss).
He is a supervisor who cannot even use WORD. Whenever he touches any document, by the time it gets back to you, all kinds of formatting problems will have erupted throughout the tables. You spend more time fixing things for him than showing your own expertise. During work hours, he likes to play mobile games and secretly watch videos, and then he never makes any decisions. He always makes the people below him decide for him. Although he calls it giving you the freedom to perform, he basically never makes important decisions because he is very afraid of taking responsibility.
Don't even get me started on the planning team. The supervisor likes to look for "easy-to-control" puppets—employees who will go along with all kinds of unreasonable demands he makes and who do not have too many of their own ideas or opinions. (Can you imagine how you are supposed to be creative when the planning team has no independent ideas?) As a result, the planning team has basically never been properly staffed for three or four years. It is not that the people who joined lacked ability; even capable people could not stay. They wanted to leave before they had even figured out the internal structure. It is simply impossible for them to do good marketing plans for you. Also, planners are ideally expected to write copy, edit videos, create special effects, and make all kinds of design materials. Of course, it would be even better if they also knew how to adjust the brightness of the ceiling lights for the supervisor, buy things from online marketplaces, buy garbage bags, and handle various other odd jobs.
The sales department is even more frightening. As a salesperson, you are expected to shoulder several hundred thousand in costs for the entire department! And they still will not consider you valuable; the supervisor is the greatest of all.
There are just too many ridiculous tasks. Do not join this department. You absolutely will not get reasonable working hours, promotions, or salary increases—don't even think about it~~~~~~~~~~~~
