The pharmacy really has no advantages.

A colleague who has been gone for almost half a year has still written such a long piece. It seems the emotions of those who were still working there before were really being held under a lot of pressure.

I’m truly grateful that I wasn’t in the pharmacy team. Every so often, you would hear the sound of someone hitting a desk or throwing a mouse. Even sitting far away, you could still feel terrified and shaken. Their treatment of employees is extremely harsh. You really need to think twice before joining and consider what kind of supervisor you might encounter.

Watching them work every day, you can see how tense they are. It’s really inhumane—it’s just a job, so why take it this far? They make it seem as if they’re carrying out a massacre.

If you’re joining to work in the pharmacy, you really need to think twice. I’m also relieved that there is no rotation between teams; otherwise, I would have ended up destroying myself long ago.
