1. Several managers interviewed me simultaneously without introducing their respective departments or positions, or providing any information about the company; they started asking questions immediately.
2. I applied for position A, but they discussed position B with me without clearly stating this during the process, leaving me completely confused about the recruitment details.
3. Some questions about the content of my résumé were personally attacking. One manager in particular had a dismissive attitude, sat sideways without making eye contact, and twirled a pen while listening.
4. When I asked questions about the company in return, they gave quick, vague answers and glossed over them.
I have interviewed with quite a few companies, and this one still felt like a small startup in terms of its process. The managers and senior executives also seemed quite young, and their attitude was worse than that of a genuine large company. For reference.
