None
Company policies: None. Because it is a family business, there are no real policies, and the boss’s wife has no opinions of her own and only listens to a certain employee.
At work, the most unacceptable thing is that the company has an older female colleague who conducts the interview with you.
At the beginning of the interview, she gives you a test that feels like a university exam, but says it is only for reference. Later, she barely discusses the actual job and benefits, and tells you what to pay attention to at work. The interviewer is not interested in your past qualifications, but in family gossip.
After being hired, if you ask once because you are unfamiliar with the company’s procedures, that is fine. But if you ask a second time, she starts making sarcastic and unfriendly remarks. You are constantly given a hard time every day.
When you resign, even work you were never taught is misrepresented as something you should have known; any mistakes are blamed on your lack of ability.
She likes to use “insufficient ability” as a reason to pressure employees.
You will feel that her double standards are extremely serious: when people she likes make mistakes, she ignores them, but she is strict with newcomers and does not allow them to ask questions.
I left because she indirectly adjusted my job duties while cutting my salary by NT$5,000, forcing me to leave on my own. Extremely unscrupulous.
Yet the boss’s wife of this company trusts her very much and follows her words unquestioningly. I really do not know who the boss is. She has no judgment at all. It is terrible.
A company with no policies, where one dominant employee oppresses colleagues; the workplace atmosphere is poor, and the boss’s wife has no opinions of her own. I cannot think of anything good about this company. If I really had to say something, it would only be...
During the interview, they say that if you do not understand something, you should ask, but once you are hired, everything changes.
Her tone and attitude are inexplicably awful, and all the colleagues in the company ignore this behavior because no one dares offend her.
It is terrible.....
If you are coming here, be mentally prepared. Do not get on this pirate ship.
