The only advantage is that the salary is somewhat higher than that of a typical assistant.
1. Work is distributed unevenly, and the supervisor is indifferent even when this is brought up.
2. The deputy general manager is extremely emotional, and there are frequent instances of them yelling at people.
3. The family business is managed very poorly.
4. There are no bonuses for the three major holidays, no benefits, and the year-end bonus may be only 0.5 months' salary.
5. Whether the supervisor likes you is the only benefit; if the supervisor dislikes you, you're treated like dirt.
6. New tasks are assigned from time to time, even though they clearly aren't the responsibility of the person's position.
The main issue is that work is distributed very unevenly. The employee in question pretends not to notice and thinks they are very busy, while watching other employees in equivalent positions work themselves to the point of exhaustion.
Even when this is brought up with the supervisor, they still think there is no problem and that the employee is excellent. It is unacceptable for someone to earn more than others at the same level while being so lazy.
Think twice before joining.
