#Real experience feedback #I can only help you this much
One of the bosses is extremely emotional and unpredictable in their attitude. Think twice before joining. Even if interactions go smoothly nine times out of ten, just one incident of them turning against you is enough to leave you stunned and regretting the effort and time you once devoted to this company.
Although the boss is well-read, they use their knowledge to study how to mock and negate others without using profanity, and they always prioritize their own interests. Being in this kind of environment over the long term can have very negative effects, gradually turning employees into depressed and self-doubting people without them realizing it. (Fortunately, I realized what was happening and got out quickly; I’m currently slowly recovering my mental health...)
In terms of management, I don’t know what the problem is, but everyone is always struggling on the edge, and employees often need to work overtime as well. I suggest thinking twice before submitting your résumé.
To be honest, I feel sorry for the boss too. They may have psychological issues themselves. I recommend that only people with an excess of compassion who are willing to tolerate abnormal behavior consider working with them, taking on the role of an unpaid psychological caregiver.
