The starting salary is okay for newcomers.
1. There is no overtime pay, and even the overtime spent on emergency repairs cannot be reported, let alone the work that normally falls outside the scope because the contracts were not properly drafted.
2. Supervisors appear to require programming skills, but in practice, many of those promoted are monkeys who cannot write programs.
3. The sales team has no ability to draft contracts at all. Even for major university projects, they can gloss over everything by simply writing “system” once; at best, the contract just specifies a few pieces of equipment.
