1. Another company that asks you to handwrite your résumé even after reviewing your résumé on a slave bank, and whose résumé form is also equipped with classic fields for investigating your personal background, such as your national ID number and your family members’ names, ages, and occupations.
2. Regarding point 1, if you do not fill it out, an “auntie” will berate you, saying, “Your not finishing it means you do not respect this interview.” But here is the problem: I have not even been hired, so why should I hand over everything about my personal life and livelihood to this textile factory?
3. Another employer that, during the pandemic, let others get pneumonia while the capitalists developed megalomania. After discovering that you were unwilling to sell your personal information to them for free in advance, they turned hostile at lightning speed. It is also yet another employer suspected of collecting interviewees’ previous salaries for “adjustments” (usually, these adjustments have only a lower limit, not an upper limit). An employer this dishonest, untrustworthy, and oppressive toward interviewees is, at most, just another company for coasting toward retirement.
