For a period of time, I was able to work from home. The colleagues I encountered were all great and easy to get along with.

These are the things I encountered at the company:

My salary was paid incorrectly, and the insured salary bracket for labor insurance was also incorrect.

Some colleagues who joined around the same time were not enrolled in labor insurance during their first one to two months.

Last Chinese New Year, engineers were allowed to work overtime to rush projects and earn extra money, with a promise that the payment would be made in full at once.

Later, the payments were made in installments, and when I left the company, more than NT$8,000 was still unpaid. What was that about?

Maybe I would only feel that there was a problem with the company if something like this happened to me.

I heard that the supervisor of our group of engineers also resigned. I think I probably won't be able to get the money either.

Also, on my last day, I checked the boxes for requesting a withholding statement and other documents on the resignation form.

In the end, I was only given a certificate of resignation. I don't know whether that's normal.
