I applied for a sales position in the northern region. The interviewer was very friendly, and the explanations were very clear.

1. The commission on performance bonuses is high; it is a system with a medium-to-low base salary and high bonuses.

2. Scheduled days off. Since I really dislike going out on holidays when everywhere is packed with people, I really like jobs with scheduled days off.

3. The work environment is comfortable. The entire space has been renovated and is very bright and clean.

Actually, the drawbacks really depend on the individual!

If I had to name one, it would be the shift work! There are morning and evening shifts. I personally don't like getting up very early, so it would be great if they were all evening shifts～
