Coworkers are easy to get along with

I used to work in a retail store. When I first started, the company delayed enrolling us in labor insurance for half a month, and we only found out that we were not insured after checking ourselves. We even had to bring it up with our supervisor ourselves.

The performance targets were also absurdly high. They clearly had no intention of giving store employees performance bonuses, and the bonus system was changed constantly—faster than someone could change their attitude.

Every month, there was an inventory check, and any missing products in the store were charged to the store employees, at the original retail price. Even more ridiculous, these products had extremely low costs, yet they had the nerve to charge employees the full retail price and profit from it themselves.

That would be bad enough, but when warehouse staff entered products incorrectly into our system, the store employees were the ones who had to pay for the resulting discrepancies. Is that reasonable?

A family-run business can apparently be this arrogant.

Later, as the company grew larger, the bonus system continued to be changed, while money was still deducted just as freely. The advertising became increasingly aggressive, but quality was completely neglected.

Loose threads, holes, stains—you name it. Every day, we had to deal with defective products. I have no idea how many items I sent back to the company.

And they still had the nerve to claim publicly that their quality was good? That they were No. 1?

There were many customers at the store every day, and the work was exhausting, yet the pay was completely unreasonable. I heard they even hired some kind of associate manager, but the bonuses became even smaller while the performance targets got even higher. It was laughable. Is the company not making any money?

The cost of making a jacket is unbelievably low, the quality is this poor, and they still cannot afford to pay bonuses. I advise everyone not to waste your time working here—you will only work yourself to death.
