I am an employee who returned to the company after a three-year absence. Why did I choose to come back?
1. Colleagues are easy to get along with and will help whenever there are problems. (A plus for my impression of the company)
2. Many systems have changed. You can express ideas, make proposals, discuss them, and put them into practice. (A sense of achievement)
3. Things do not remain unchanged, and you also need to continue learning new things. (Keeping up with the times)
Every company is bound to have shortcomings, but in fact, how they are viewed depends entirely on the individual. Some people may see something as a shortcoming, while others may not, so I think writing about shortcomings directly is very one-sided. Before joining, the company also explains the salary, work environment, working hours, and job duties, and you can decide whether to accept them before coming aboard. If you cannot accept them, that is fine too. Therefore, there is no absolute good or absolute bad; the above is provided for reference.
