There aren't many advantages.
Sales staff have no freedom; they're required to clock in and out at the office.
They also have to do a whole bunch of clerical work and reports.
Low base salary.
The performance targets are set unreasonably high, seemingly in an attempt to keep sales staff from earning bonuses. As a result, sales staff have it rough, running around exhausted for a base salary in the 30K range.
They also have to put up with the warehouse-packing assistant in back office operations laughing at them. The back-office staff act like they're more important than sales and love making sarcastic remarks, even though this particular person is a good-for-nothing who can't do anything and only knows how to say pleasing things to keep the boss happy.
104 describes it as American-style management, and internally they also love to say that people can raise any problems they have. But the people who raise problems quickly receive a notice of termination 😂
