There aren't really any advantages.
No freedom for sales staff; you're required to clock in and out at the office.
You also have to do a large amount of paperwork and reports.
Low base salary.
The performance targets are set unreasonably high, seemingly to prevent sales staff from earning bonuses. Sales staff end up struggling badly on a 3xK base salary, running around working themselves to the bone.
You also have to put up with the warehouse-packing assistants in the back office laughing at you. The back-office staff act more high and mighty than the sales staff and love making sarcastic remarks. Unfortunately, one of them is an incompetent know-nothing who can do nothing except say pleasing things to keep the boss happy.
The job posting on 104 claims there is “American-style management,” and internally they also like to say that employees can raise any problems. But people who raise problems quickly receive a termination notice 😂
