There aren't really any advantages.
Sales staff have no freedom; they are required to clock in and out at the office.
They also have to do a large amount of paperwork and reports.
Low base salary.
The sales targets are set unreasonably high, seemingly in an attempt to prevent sales staff from earning bonuses. Sales staff then suffer terribly, running around for a meager base salary in the 30K range.
They also have to endure mockery from the in-house packing assistants. The internal staff act as if they are more important than the sales team and love making sarcastic remarks, despite one of them being a completely incompetent know-nothing who can only say pleasant things to please the boss.
The company claims on 104 that it practices American-style management and often says internally that employees can raise any issues. However, people who raise issues quickly receive a redundancy notice 😂
