1. Good EQ training course
2. The colleagues are generally nice, except for the supervisor who believes in what the boss teaches and the one who believes in Jesus
3. Willing to give newcomers opportunities
The boss
1. The boss’s aesthetic sensibilities are unconventional and they refuse to accept new things. They insist on dividing artworks into “right” (things they can understand) and “wrong” (things they cannot understand). Work judged to be wrong is recorded as an “artwork error rate.”
2. The boss runs the company using a model of absolute commands from a pope to believers, along with Chinese-style democratic oppression of employees.
3. “I’m paying, so all of you have to obediently listen to me.”
4. A layperson who knows nothing about the profession often makes unreasonable demands when staff are short-handed, such as requiring this or that to be updated daily. It is brought up at every meeting.
5. You are expected to respond to the boss’s requests around the clock, 24 hours a day; otherwise, your loyalty points will be deducted.
6. They introduced an utterly baffling point-based system (loyalty points) and forced everyone to follow it. They also told everyone that the person in last place would be booed by everyone and have to buy drinks. If the drinks were too inexpensive, they would complain that it was stingy.
7. “Hire a moving company for the relocation? NONONO. You employees are my OO, so make the employees move. You think it’s over after the move? There are still cabinets, refrigerators, stands, and water containers waiting for you.”
Director
1. No opinions or professional expertise; specializes in echoing the boss.
2. Frequently shifts the meaning of what was said and has poor logic.
3. Shouts when unable to win an argument and constantly picks on employees.
Manager
1. Poor memory and weak communication skills. You can communicate with them, but they forget everything by the next time; blindly follows the boss without question.
Supervisor
1. The position was originally that of a photographer, yet they have barely picked up a camera a few times.
2. Has only a superficial understanding of video production, yet somehow is responsible for reviewing videos.
3. After approving a video, when the boss rejects it, they only say: “I trusted you, so I sent it directly upstairs for review.”
4. Frequently uses a television station’s operating model to think about running self-media.
5. Frequently assigns employees tasks outside their own job responsibilities.
6. Acts extremely honest and sincere in front of the boss.
7. Claims to serve as a bridge for communication with the boss, but in practice seems to have no effect whatsoever.
8. Similarly adopts an air of superiority and cannot be challenged.
Other
There are quite a few believers in this company who strongly echo everything the boss says. You can experience that scene for yourself~
