Entering my third year, the company has made many adjustments:
1. Although it is a sales position, it offers a base salary, and the base salary has been noticeably increased.
(I previously worked in sales in the insurance and publishing industries... there was no base salary...)
2. The training program continues to improve and is well organized. After each training session, a survey is conducted to adjust the content of the next one.
3. The company offers comprehensive benefits, including a birthday bonus, bonuses for the three major holidays, travel benefits, and marriage leave.
4. The management team has been adjusted. The younger group strives to innovate and is willing to accept newcomers’ opinions.
5. The team culture makes people feel very secure.
As a sales position, you must be willing to accept the following:
1. Shift work
2. Performance pressure
3. The work content is not unchanging, so you need to continually expand your professional knowledge.
