No advantages
As soon as you walk in, there's an overwhelming stench of welding fumes. Surprisingly, there is no air filtration system, nor is the office and break area separated from the work area. The environment is terrible. Seeing this environment, even if the company hired me, I wouldn't want to come.
The manager who conducted the interview was extremely arrogant and self-important. Do you think only your company can choose candidates, and that I can't choose a company? What kind of attitude is that? If you don't have the resources to train newcomers, then don't hire people without experience. An assistant engineer is offered 27K, yet is expected to know and be able to do everything. What a terrible company. Your department is short-staffed, but you don't want to train anyone and only want to spend very little money hiring highly experienced engineers? You want a good horse but won't feed it—what an overambitious, self-important company. In the end, was I unprepared, or was your company unprepared and using 27K as bait?
