I hope to give a neutral account, but since I’m leaving a negative review, I’ve put everything in the cons section.

I once had high hopes of growing steadily together with the company, but due to certain circumstances, I ultimately chose to resign.

What follows appears to have been written by colleagues who once worked hard together; this review is written from an RD’s perspective.

During the interview process, I also felt that the company culture was very free, the pay was generous, and the company respected job candidates’ opinions.

Gradually, I stopped having that feeling. When I tried to communicate with my manager about bottlenecks at work, I was sometimes put off, and my manager would even say to me, “It’s very easy to find someone to replace you,” or “xx, you don’t have much time left here anyway.”

You can indeed seek advice from highly capable colleagues. Most colleagues and managers from other departments are also quite nice. The company is still growing, so there are often many opportunities to try new things. This may leave some people at a loss, but for those who enjoy challenges, it can provide a strong sense of achievement.

Conclusion:
As mentioned in the previous reviews, there are other, better jobs waiting for you.
