雄獅旅行社股份有限公司
Pros

Really... I can't think of any. Maybe only the name sounds better than that of an ordinary small company?

Cons

1. Low starting salary and limited raises

The starting salary for graduates is NT$25,000, which is extremely low, and future raises are also limited. The performance bonus is tiny—practically the same as not receiving one at all.

2. Discretionary work-hour system with no overtime pay

Starting work at 9 a.m. and leaving at 7 p.m. is considered early. The office is still brightly lit at 9–10 p.m., and during peak seasons, some people even work until midnight and sleep directly in the office.

3. Extremely toxic company culture

The company culture is terrible and extremely unfriendly to newcomers. New employees are basically treated as if they don't exist. If they make a mistake, veteran employees will yell at them (yes, I'm not exaggerating—the newcomers who joined at the same time as me were often loudly berated by veteran employees because they learned more slowly; people in the department next door could hear it, and some newcomers were even yelled at until they cried, without the veteran employees showing any intention of stopping).

4. Some employees have questionable personal conduct

Some veteran employees deliberately play tricks on newcomers by stealing documents that the newcomers leave on their desks after work, then intentionally asking about them the next day. When they see that the newcomers cannot find the documents, they take the opportunity to harshly berate them. Therefore, you have to put everything away after work and lock all the cabinets.

The remaining issues are relatively minor, such as inconvenient transportation, cramped seating, and high employee turnover.

Overall, it is a company that fails to live up to its name (I joined in 2015 and left a few months later. There were over 20 people in my cohort that year, and not a single one of them is still there today).
