Head office internal staff have bad tempers, take their anger out on others, yell at people arbitrarily, shirk responsibility when problems arise, and like to file petty reports to set traps for others.
The pay is low, yet they claim it is high. They often require the entire staff to work a full shift.
Overtime cannot be recorded on overtime forms. They say this would violate the Labor Standards Act, so they use an additional bonus payment method instead.
There are no fixed SOPs. The work content is chaotic, with no rules or regulations at all.
The turnover rate is high; all the normal people have already resigned.
