You finish work on time, and routine overtime is not something you will encounter here.
The company is very willing to proactively give employees opportunities to demonstrate their abilities. Ambitious people will have many opportunities to learn and plenty of room for development here.
The owners are complementary. The owner is more direct, while the owner’s wife is good at reading people’s reactions. However, they are both straightforward and genuine, without any ulterior motives or beating around the bush, so they also speak relatively directly. Their tempers flare quickly but subside just as quickly. Although the owner has a relatively direct personality, he is a leader who takes the lead in moving forward. When the company performs well, there are many rewards; even when the economy is poor and business performance is down, salaries have never been paid late.
Some people say the turnover rate is high, but this depends on how well each person adapts to pressure and teamwork. It is natural for the weaker performers to be weeded out and the stronger ones retained. After all, this is not a retirement home. If we cannot meet the requirements, the company does not need to ask us to leave—we would feel embarrassed staying on our own.
Older employees have a relatively high degree of autonomy, and the owner does not interfere much in matters between departments. New employees must learn to survive independently as soon as they join, because no one has the time to teach you step by step how to do things. You must find your own way of working.
