Leaving work on time
1. It’s the typical mindset of a Taiwanese company boss: new employees have to memorize the company’s entire history, organizational structure, product introductions, and so on before giving a report… and only then get to their own work. It feels completely unrelated to the job.
2. The company has many long-term employees (with lots of section managers and deputy section managers), so everything you do is restricted, and you may also be bullied by them.
3. They expect results but don’t provide anything. How are you supposed to achieve results?
4. The internal information is disorganized and completely unplanned. If you ask, they may even wonder how you don’t know… but no one tells you where anything is stored.
