This company is very strange. They found my résumé through 104, yet privately emailed me with an invitation, saying it was because they receive many résumés that do not meet their requirements. This reason did not convince me; instead, I felt it was a major drawback. Then, when I asked about the salary range, they said it would be discussed after the interview. I checked the sender and found that they were still an employee in the same position, which indicates that this company does not even have HR. How good can a company be if it cannot even provide a basic salary range?
