永慶房產集團_永慶房屋仲介股份有限公司
Pros

Strange—I came back to check the reviews recently and found that the post I left before was gone. That’s outrageous!

The review was even pushed down to 24% positive. As expected, Yungching really does care about its online reputation! Sending people to manipulate the reviews—why not put the company culture right first? Oh, sorry, sorry. Other than bringing in large numbers of fresh graduates, what other tricks do you, Sun Ching-yu, have? No wonder everyone who leaves Yungching ends up beating Yungching to the ground and making it beg for mercy. Hilarious!

Cons

1. As soon as you join, they deduct the cost of buying a suit from your salary, and they don’t allow you to return it. You can’t even choose to buy a cheaper one outside.

2. They force newcomers to provide co-signers—two of them! If you can’t, they’ll dismiss you. They say the amounts handled are very large and they’re worried you’ll run off, and that nothing will happen as long as you work honestly. The point is, ordinary friends are scared to death when they hear they have to be a co-signer—who would agree to guarantee you? You can only ask your parents. If they’re both retired, they still need to provide proof of financial resources, such as owning a house, making the whole process extremely complicated!

3. At the beginning of every month, they hold a monthly meeting. During the meeting, they repeatedly brainwash everyone: “Don’t think you’re so impressive just because you’re a million-dollar broker; you’re where you are today because of the resources Yungching provides behind the scenes.” They also invite store managers and senior colleagues to share their experiences, describing how miserable former colleagues are after resigning. Sometimes they even produce short videos to reinforce this impression among all the company’s agents. This company culture makes people feel extremely uncomfortable.
