1. The owner's wife is constantly watching the surveillance cameras, and whenever she catches an employee making a mistake, she uses it as an opportunity to make an issue of it.
2. Senior employees report on others behind their backs; once reported, you are placed on the owner's wife's blacklist.
3. Sometimes the owner's wife calls during breaks or after work. By the time the call ends, the break is already over.
4. Work is distributed unevenly: employees the owner's wife likes are given less work, while those she dislikes are given more exhausting tasks.
