Pros
The office is located above the Farglory IFG department store, but the office environment is average.
Cons
1. There are many and varied outsourced projects, some of which are projects that were subcontracted out and then taken back. The requirements are vague, with no clear documentation, and there are many issues with project execution and cross-team collaboration management.
2. Employees must provide their own equipment.
3. Overtime is routine.
