1. All the colleagues are either recent graduates or in their first job, so they don't understand the harsh realities of society and therefore don't know what a good company is.
2. If you like eating empty promises, the company will draw you a big pie to eat every so often.
1. Senior management uses every means possible to force capable long-term employees out. Of the 125 employees, fewer than 50 remain, and the company has started recruiting again. Think carefully before joining.
2. During interviews, they humiliate candidates by telling them how bad they are, solely to push down the salary offer. Anyone considering joining should study the Labor Standards Act carefully.
3. During meetings, the female manager only listens to what she wants to hear and completely disrespects presenters otherwise. When she encounters something she doesn't understand, she starts nitpicking to cover up her own shortcomings. Pathetic.
4. They constantly bring in new hires as disposable chopsticks. How much can their technical capabilities really improve?
5. The company's promotion system is unclear. As long as you're sufficiently submissive and good at flattering the female manager, your year-end bonus will surely be decent.
6. The KPIs are set completely arbitrarily; not once have they truly been achieved. As long as the female manager is happy, that's all that matters—whether they're reasonable is another matter.
7. The company claims externally that it uses AI to help the industry, but in reality, much of the work internally is highly manual. It's false advertising...
8. The bonuses for all three major holidays are only NT$300 gift vouchers. If you offend the female manager and get labeled, you'll never receive an annual salary adjustment.
9. Employee benefits are nowhere near what is written on 104; they're just being continuously cut back because the company is making huge profits.
