I came across everyone’s reviews far too late. After experiencing the company’s treatment firsthand, I can confirm they are indeed very realistic.

The principle of “integrity” is clearly at odds with the company. If you act with integrity by truthfully reporting internal problems to management and proposing an improvement plan, other departments will retaliate later, circulate anonymous smear letters to force you out, and HR will indeed side with management. They may notify you that you are unsuitable for the position on the same day, supervise you as you collect all your belongings that day, and then use the contents of the smear letter to pressure you into signing a voluntary resignation. They may also make threatening remarks that will be absolutely unfavorable to you when your future employers contact them for a reference. The senior executives around the boss are indeed predominantly women. How the smear letter went directly from the boss and was then relayed down through the hierarchy to the person concerned is unknown. In any case, all workers, stay strong~~
