The salary is much higher than at my previous job, my colleagues and supervisors are easy to get along with, and the company's business has continued to grow despite the economic downturn over the past two years.
The company provides employee trips and generous bonuses for the three major holidays, especially the Dragon Boat Festival and Mid-Autumn Festival—not just a token amount.
Health checkups are provided, showing concern for employees' health. The company also occasionally organizes meals at five-star establishments and well-known restaurants. Compared with the several companies I worked for previously, the benefits and treatment are much better.
The boss likes to order afternoon tea for everyone in the afternoon, and we've all gotten a little chubby from eating it.
The company has just over a dozen employees, so there are many details to handle, but there are also many opportunities to learn and improve.
