Absolutely nothing, hahaha
I interviewed at this company a few months ago, and even now I’m still angry when I think about it, so I’m writing this in the hope that everyone will avoid it. The interviewer was arrogant and aggressive. If they thought there was anything wrong with you, they would insult you directly, completely disregarding the fact that it was a group interview. It was really frightening. The contact person was the same, which makes you wonder whether everyone at the entire company is like this. They also didn’t ask clearly about information related to me; instead, they waited until after the interview ended to call and continue asking questions, effectively extending the interview time. Finally, they gave people no time to consider the offer: if you were accepted, you were expected to go, and if you declined afterward, you would be harshly berated. Even declining in advance made no difference—you had to reject it on the spot if you didn’t want to go! Incidentally, they didn’t provide any final response deadline at all, and even said that, if accepted, they might not notify you until the day before you were due to start work. It was completely unequal between employer and employee. They seemed to think that paying money to hire people made them incredibly important. For a company with this kind of attitude, I strongly recommend not going.
