廣喆開發股份有限公司
Pros

Short commute / two days off per week

Cons

Very low pay (base salary + performance bonus + perfect-attendance bonus)—even lower than the hourly wage of 166 for 22 working days (8 hours/day). During the interview, they do not clearly disclose that the advertised high salary is actually low. Overtime requires submitting an application form. Employee turnover is “extremely high.” The company has no standard work procedures; everyone does things their own way. I even doubt whether the data in the ERP system has been entered correctly. The inventory quantity is lower than the shipment quantity. They say not to worry about it and just key it in. Even when sales amounts are incorrect, they still say not to worry about it. (No wonder the accounts are a mess!)

Everyone takes on several different roles and cannot focus exclusively on their own position. Work is unevenly distributed, and besides their own duties, employees also have to support packaging and shipping. The entire workflow is a complete mess, with bits and pieces handled here and there. It is basically just waiting for problems to explode…

The environment is extremely cramped. The air does not circulate. They are very reluctant to turn on the air conditioning. The computers are not fully equipped. Toward the back of the office, a section is separated from the warehouse by a transparent plastic curtain. Many laundry detergents, cleaning products, and other items are stacked behind the plastic curtain, giving off a strong fragrance.

Certain people always say that they are very busy, but when everyone is busy packaging shipments, they clock out first and leave others to work overtime. Yet when everyone normally leaves work on time, they are busy working overtime until very late.

Conclusion: The company has no structure, and even less in the way of proper work procedures, so simple tasks are often made unnecessarily complicated.
