Employees are easy to get along with
The boss is absolutely wonderful
The boss and the boss's wife can come into the company early in the morning and start arguing
They argue loudly and even throw things
(It happens every day)
The important thing at work is being obedient and flattering the boss
Work ability is not very important
Once you offend the boss or attract the boss's attention
Your days will become difficult
They will make things difficult for you in all sorts of ways and may even deduct your pay under improper pretexts
You basically can’t get any bonuses
You work extremely hard, but you still don’t measure up to the boss’s favorites, who lounge around and slack off all day
They take nearly half a month off each month, yet their salary plus bonuses are twice yours
If you apply for a product repair position, it’s even worse
You have to deal with a whole pile of miscellaneous tasks
The boss will also ask you to accomplish idealized things that are unrealistic
The repairs never get finished because there are always problems
You also have to act as technical customer service, pacify customers, clean up the e-commerce team’s messes
And then repair products—the work is never-ending
