No matter what salary you ask for,
the actual amount they offer you will be two to four thousand less.
Don't be fooled by the salary range they provide.
They won't actually give you that much money, and performance bonuses are reduced to the point of being nonexistent. It's all fake, and they make extremely heavy deductions.
Don't apply for this job.
