1. Those above change the schedule however they want, leaving frontline staff with no choice but to comply.
2. The plant is dirty and disorganized; it can never be fully cleaned up.
3. A pile of messy accounts—whoever takes over is the one who suffers.
4. The turnover rate is high; neither the benefits nor the salaries can compete with others. How can anyone expect to retain employees?
