The training tells you that there are certain things you cannot say. Although the pressure from telemarketing is very high, that is secondary. The main issue is that you feel as though you are tricking members into buying things. It is not that health supplements are ineffective; it is just that these sales tactics go too far.
The base salary is 25,600 + bonuses, but no matter what time you get off work, you will not receive overtime pay. The next day at work, you also have to fill in the reason for leaving work, supposedly because you need to avoid peak hours. They are unwilling to pay overtime at all; even when those high bonuses are converted into overtime pay, they would only just about make up for it. This job does not provide any sense of accomplishment whatsoever, leaving you physically and mentally exhausted. You may also be verbally attacked by relatives and friends because of the negative impact of E. Sun's direct-sales business.
