This company found an outsourced contractor and was arrogant afterward.
I took on their project in May, but they did not pay me for the first assignment until September 24.
Wouldn’t the contractor starve waiting like that?
I sent the content to Taiwan Mobile for confirmation, but they never responded.
Then, the day before execution, I followed up again, only to be told that they would not proceed because it did not align with Taiwan Mobile’s direction.
I was even accused of not participating in Taiwan Mobile’s internal meeting discussions.
Uh... I’m not your internal employee, and I had no idea when your company held meetings!
Afterward, they criticized me in hindsight, saying that the work I had done the previous month was very poor, but that they had still paid me.
They showed no response at all during that period and only said this afterward. That kind of response is truly astonishing.
Contractors are people too. We take on projects we want to do with enthusiasm.
Fortunately, we don’t have to put up with your condescending attitude.
As for the projects from the final two months, you can simply not pay me either—consider them a gift!
The outside world should also know how you treat outsourced contractors.
