Can't think of any.
1. Lunch costs are deducted from our pay, and dinner is not provided for overtime work in the evening. We have to buy it ourselves, with only a subsidy of a little over 40 yuan.
2. The company claims that it does not require employees to work overtime and that overtime is purely voluntary, so it does not provide dinner. But if we really don't work overtime, our supervisors will question us about why we aren't doing so.
3. In 2020, the company said it would move to Wuqi in early 2021. Now, after all this time, it may not move until 2022, treating those of us who joined in 2020 and live in the coastal area like fools.
4. The company's orders keep increasing dramatically, yet employee turnover remains high. Some employees are already beyond their capacity, but the company still refuses to hire new staff.
5. When some on-site supervisors deal with employees' mistakes, they only keep scolding them and make no effort to reduce the error rate.
6. A few months ago, when the pandemic was more serious, the company urged employees to wash their hands frequently. Yet after the hand-washing powder ran out, it took more than three weeks to buy more. The products on-site are covered in rust-preventive oil and grime—do they expect employees to ingest heavy metals?!
