Some colleagues are very kind; I can't think of anything else.

1. If it's not a good fit, then it's not a good fit. Yet they prevent new employees from taking involuntary separation, instead asking them to sign “another kind” of document.

2. Watching the work my friends do become increasingly burdensome, while the company shows no empathy and instead keeps raising the expectations—more and more, and increasingly difficult.

Although it is clearly a writing-related job, it feels like one requires both literary and practical skills.

3. It is a place where you lose yourself.
