Pros

The resignation process is very straightforward.

Cons

1. Management’s decision-making is completely inefficient and extremely emotional. They start arguments in front of everyone at the slightest provocation, and walking into the office is the beginning of a stomachache. The highest principle for employees when handling matters is to first consider whether management will get angry—it’s practically white terror.

2. After the three-level lifting of restrictions brought an end to WFH and everyone returned to the office, people were being very cautious, but management loved to come up to people who were eating lunch to discuss work while it was #lunchtime, #notwearingamask, and #notmaintainingsocialdistance.

3. Being singled out to attend a meeting is practically equivalent to wasting half a day. I’m extremely impressed that someone can talk for three or four hours by themselves without getting to the point—perhaps they have more saliva than brainpower.

4. Management’s catchphrases: “Do you understand what I’m saying?” and “Do you know what I mean?” Then they rephrase the same thing five more times. Do they think everyone else is an idiot?

5. I don’t know whether to call it stinginess or an extreme lack of trust in employees, but taking an envelope requires registration, and even taking toilet paper requires registration, with a limit of one pack per person per month. To be honest, no one could use it all anyway; this kind of restriction only makes them look ridiculous.

6. Management often thinks they’re joking, but in reality they simply don’t care about offending others. Acting self-righteously under the banner of being “straightforward” while being completely clueless really isn’t behavior befitting someone who has been an adult member of society for a lo~ng~ time, is it?

7. Only suitable for people who are good at reading management’s mind and know how to slack off. If you have aspirations of working in publishing, please stay far, far away.
