The people there are a mixed bag, but the disadvantages outweigh the advantages.
During university, I once worked at this company as a part-time online-store assistant.
The full-time customer service staff would loudly ridicule what the part-time workers were doing—for example, helping fold clothes in the warehouse during downtime.
They repeatedly said that if my friends asked what I did for work and I said I folded clothes, they would laugh me to death (this was basically public bullying).
When you completed tasks that full-time employees were responsible for, they would become nervous and keep muttering nearby, saying, “How could you possibly do that!”
In short, they really liked sowing discord and acted as though processing orders every day made them incredibly important, with an unbearably superior attitude…
If they had psychological problems, did they have to use part-time workers as punching bags?
