Working at the Kaohsiung Document Center is simple. I haven’t encountered the situations others mentioned, such as those in Taipei, possibly because there aren’t as many departments here and the boss isn’t based here.

The relationships among colleagues here are harmonious and pleasant, like being on a school campus. There is a lot of freedom at work, overtime is uncommon, and the company’s salary, benefits, and office environment are all very good. Many colleagues have worked here for many years, and I still have no intention of leaving.
