Considering that my colleagues are nice; otherwise, I definitely would have given it a bad rating.
The supervisor at the branch in Taipei is skilled at shifting blame. Everything is someone else’s problem.
Even though they are the supervisor, they act as if nothing has anything to do with them. They speak indirectly and never get to the point.
They also constantly emphasize to new employees that they were only hired because the supervisor persuaded the CEO to bring them in, or say things like their actions will make other people dislike them—various forms of emotional manipulation.
They criticize difficult customers in front of colleagues, then give them discounts in front of those customers, enabling them to become increasingly demanding. Afterwards, they claim that the difficult customers were brought in by former employees who quit and spoiled them.
At work, you either have to listen to them gossip about colleagues they dislike or hear about difficult customers. It puts you in a terrible mood every day.
If you are not perceptive enough, they may use you as a scapegoat for their incompetent policies.
Oh, and that supervisor also seems to have extremely poor hygiene habits.
I hope all of this was just a dream.
