They say there is training, but there really isn't.
You have to learn everything on your own; the company has no structure.
The resignation rate is extremely high. It's completely not a place you can stay.
You should go find another company instead.
The company doesn't give raises, or gives them very rarely.
They talked about developing an app, but it never got off the ground.
The boss has very grand ambitions,
but is always extremely stingy with employees.
They expect employees to give their all to the company.
In short, this company is not a place you can stay.
