1. The reception staff were friendly and polite.

2. The R&D manager was quite friendly and also demonstrated a professional side, giving the interviewee (the production engineer) a firsthand experience of what they called the fundamentals within the fundamentals—"pin headers"!

3. The owner is a middle-aged woman who is not very old. She is very approachable and will chat with interviewees about their outlook on life.

4. Based on the R&D manager’s and owner’s accounts, there should be comprehensive training. (The owner really emphasized the bonds formed through shared struggles~)

5. There does not seem to be a cafeteria, but group meal orders are available.

6. Overtime pay and compensatory leave are available (choose one), but according to the R&D manager, overtime is rare on both weekdays and holidays. (Overtime must be requested in advance.)

7. No production takes place at night. (It does not operate around the clock.)

1. New hires’ starting salaries are likely to be set relatively low. (The owner did say that salaries would be adjusted annually~)

2. Some tasks still currently require manual operation. (Apparently, the company will move toward full automation in the future.)
