The company environment is good

The actual work does not match the job description. Everything is rushed, and they expect people to be able to get up to speed immediately. Even when you urge the sales team, they do not provide what is needed, and you cannot ask too many questions either—you will be told that you are difficult to communicate with and hard to understand. There are many miscellaneous tasks, and you are expected to do everything. Veteran employees will dump all the heavy lifting on people who have just joined.
